Andrew Bonnycastle is a Toronto based national award-winning artist working in oil and watercolour. Numerous aspects of urban and rural life are explored in Andrew's works. All explorations are linked by a common preoccupation with portraying beauty amidst disorder and life that defies adversity and isolation. His paintings are allegories, often representing different aspects of the human condition.

The McMichael Volunteer Committee's 31st Annual
Autumn Art Sale Fundraiser
I am very pleased to be sharing an exciting new selection of paintings at the 2025 Autumn Art Sale Fundraiser. Last years event was a great success and I was humbled to end the sale as the top selling painter. This year looks to be even better and I will be on hand throughout the three days of the sale to share painting experiences, anecdotes and concepts behind my new works. I invite you to come and experience this amazing event at the beautiful McMichael Canadian Art Collection in the Village of Kleinburg in Vaughan, Ontario (just north of Toronto).
The annual Autumn Art Sale is recognized as a prestigious event where you can purchase original works from 50 talented Canadian artists. The sale is a major fundraiser of the McMichael Volunteer Committee and a percentage of the sales go to supporting numerous exhibitions experiences and children's programs at the McMichael. There is no better setting than the gallery's stunning Grand Hall to showcase the event.
In addition to visiting the Art Sale, you can also explore the 100 acres of stunning woodland surrounding the gallery with trails perfect for hikers and walkers. Another activity is to visit the current gallery exhibitions, including the popular Morrice in Venice exhibition. For more information on the exhibitions and trails, visit the Gallery Website>>
